We really hope you will be delighted with your purchase from The Animal Guyz, however if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason we offer a no-quibble 30 days returns policy. 

Returns, unless defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation, are returned at your own expense. We recommend that you return any items via a fully trackable delivery service. Refunds cannot be issued if a returned order has been lost in transit and fails to reach us. Proof of postage alone is not proof of receipt. 

Items must be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition, with the original swing tags and packaging attached, exactly as received.  

Under the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), you are entitled to return an order for a refund, providing you are returning your entire order and you have informed us in writing within 14 working days of receiving it. Please note, we do not cover return postage. Return postage via an appropriate service as stated above is the responsibility of the buyer. We can process a full refund as we offer free delivery, but if upgraded and you are returning for any other reason but defective, damaged or not as specified on your order confirmation we are not obliged to process a full refund for this postage. 

Please make sure you return your order within a timely manner and safely packaged. If returned orders are received damaged we may make a deduction from your reimbursement for loss in value of the goods. 

We aim to issue a refund within 2 working days of receiving a return and we will send you an email to confirm when the refund has been issued.  

In the unlikely event that your order has been received faulty, damaged or not as ordered we will arrange with you to have the item either returned or disposed of.  If a replacement item* is required this will be sent out free of any delivery charge. If an item has arrived damaged please do not dispose of it before contacting us. We will not be able to issue a refund or send out a replacement without photographic evidence of the damaged item.  

*For International orders, we can only issue a refund on items that have arrived damaged, we are unable to send out replacements. 

Your Animal Guyz parcel will reach you within 3 - 5 working days. Depending on the size, weight, and value of your order, this will either be sent with your normal postie through Royal Mail, or with a courier that may require a signature on delivery.

*Sadly free shipping is not available to the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Isles and Northern Ireland, or for personalised items.
